Sweet Water Camping Trip

Hello BSA Family! We went on a fun filled camping trip to the brilliant Sweetwater creek. Unfortunately we had to cut the trip short due to the rain, but we still had lots of fun. Yes, there were some small bumps in our road, but we powered through it! We laughed, we hiked, we saw some pretty stars :). A few of us got some cooking requirements done as well! It also was quite chilly out and we saw a little Hail…? Sleet…? Who knows. This camp out was a great way to get to know our younger scouts with the fun Rose, Bud, and Thorn activity. I think I speak for all of the scouts when I say I would love to come back and maybe do some Yurt Camping ;). Below, you will find a plethora of pictures of the scouts and the pictures they took. I am truly so excited for our new recruits to be apart of the troop.

1/31/21 Scout Meeting

We only caught videos of the wild scouts, but cheers to the first post of this year! This meeting we prepared for our next camping trip at Sweetwater Creek and worked on some team building! (We also did a little fire building at the end 😉 ) On top of all that, we welcomed (unofficial) new scouts this week and last week! So excited for the new year!
